Placing an Order:
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information.

Exchanges:
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can exchange anything except special orders. If you need to exchange something, please send an email to customerservice@capoeiracapoeira.com within 7 days of receiving your order for an authorization number for the exchange. We will issue an authorization number only within 7 days as long as the items are unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original packaging slip. Items without an authorization number will not be accepted. When shipping exchanges back, please use UPS, Fedex or receive a Delivery Confirmation from USPS. CapoeiraCapoeira.com does not exchange crates or pet beds due to hygienic reasons. We will do everything to accommodate your situation. Please be advised that shipping is non-refundable.

We can also accept cashier’s checks and personal checks. In the event you use a personal check or cashier’s check. If you'd like to pay with either a check or money order, please email customerservice@capoeiracapoeira.com
All orders by check or money order will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Delivery Time:
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days from when the order was placed. If there is a delayed shipment you will be notified via e-mail.
Shipping:
CapoeiraCapoeira.com uses USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for most shipping. If you need something sent 2nd day or overnight, please email us at customerservice@capoeiracapoeira.com
Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
